The story of Newspapers
Tribute to all famous photographers
Robin Malátek is a fashion and portrait photographer who is not content just to capture things of beauty. Through his work, he draws attention to social issues, deliberately provoking audiences and inviting discussion and debate. He never formally studied photography, which makes his journey all the more interesting. He decided to publish his own newspapers as a tribute to all famous photographers, with support from The House Foundation.
Robin had the unique opportunity to stand alongside the master himself as part of the production of the Bruce Weber: My Education exhibition, observing and learning from him. He also had the chance to present him with a copy of his newspaper.
